When can I take a test? Is 7dpo too early?

I am now 7 dpo. Last night and some today I have felt nauseous, i am having mild cramps and mild breast tenderness, and i had a headache most of the day yesterday. Are all of these pregnancy symptoms? Is there a GOOD chance i am pregnant? When can I take a test? Thanks :)
