Can implantation bleeding/spotting be only a very tiny pink dot?

At 9 dpo I woke up with a huge urge to urinate. When I wiped something told me to look closely at the toilet paper. I had a clear milky like discharge and a very very tiny pink spot and that was it. I've never seen anything like it. It was followed by pelvic pressure and Af like cramps. Can anyone help me? Anyone experienced this tiny dot of pink spotting and turned out to be pregnant.
