No power to Stereo In 03 Honda Civic?

I have a Panasonic stereo in my 2003 honda civic. It was put in not that long ago cause my other stereo stopped working. They replaced some fuses rewired some things and even got things working that hadnt in a long time. It has worked great for a few months now, but when i got in my car this morning there was absolutely no power getting to the stereo. Could be a blown fuse? or what?
